Please reach out if you have any questions, comments and or concerns. I have discounted all services due to referral business relationships that are valued. I have listed below the flat rates for your launch start-up packages / Web Design and a monthly retainer fee additional to that if ongoing services are rendered. Additional services are subject to additional prices at a discounted rate. Third party services are not included in the prices below (ie. domain* name/ongoing website and print services).

Note: Launch Start-Up Payment can be paid in installments. However, a deposit of 1⁄2 must be retained prior to working on a project.

NOTE: 2 FREE image edits. Additional image editing fees apply. There is no limit on your revision request that's formatted within your first request. Any additional messages thereafter is considered to be a 2nd request & fees will apply based on package selected. Please do not rush your review the first time before sending revision request. EVENT PLANNING SERVICE

How do we charge for our event planning services? There are three possible ways we charge for our services. 

 

Hourly Rate: 

$50/hr with an up-charge of 30% more for corporate events than a social event. Adjusting our prices based on the market we are serving (social vs corporate) is an acceptable practice. 

 

Flat Fee:

There’s a flat fee charge for our services, plus a percentage based on the total vendor fees. A standard vendor commission percentage fee between 10-15% (social vs corporate) will apply for locating and coordinating that particular vendor.

 

The above fee structure goes for both social and corporate events.

In order to protect ourselves financially, it is required to receive a 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining 50% within two weeks of the event.

 

To calculate what our flat fee will be, we will make our best estimate on the number of hours we will put in toward the planning; plus any expenses we will have like gas, printing, supplies, equipment, etc;

 

Day-of Coordination:

To hire us for day-of service, it means you have chosen your own vendors and work with them directly while we come in on the day of the event to make sure it runs smoothly.

 

You can be charged either by the hour or a flat fee for day-of coordination. This will include preparation time we will have to do.


 

Other important items related to pricing:

Receiving deposits – We required to receive a 30 – 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of signing the contract. And the remaining portion two weeks prior to the event.

Consultation fee FREE consultations first 20 minutes. Beyond that a charge of $45 – $75 fee will apply. If we don’t charge a consultation fee then we don’t give out specific vendor information. Sometimes clients try to fish for vendor, venue and theme ideas only to end up going with a different planner. We want to avoid this from happening to our planners who take the time to consult with you. Prior to a signed agreement or consultation fee just know that – We work with a myriad of vendors that provide nothing less than excellent service. If you would like to engage our services, we would be more than happy to get the right vendors involved.

Decor charges – if we provide elaborate decor for the event we will charge extra for it.
